| 内容記述 | 経済成長やグローバル化と共に、外部知識と内部知識を融合し戦略的に活用する知識集約型企業になるための課題として、外部知識の獲得が重要となる。日本企業においては、欧米に比ベて地理的な弱点もあり、グローバルな情報収集が難しい。そのため、経営戦略上の観点から海外情報拠点の構築が重要となっている。しかしながら、情報拠点構築の問題は、工場などの立地問題と比ベ、拠点構築によるアウトプットが明確でないことから、その意思決定が非常に難しい。本研究では、このような非構造的意思決定の問題を、ハイブリッド・アプローチによって明らかにし、モデル化が可能な拠点選択問題に対して、コスト・パフォーマンス曲線による解析手法が適用可能であることを示した。また、実践的な観点から、知識情報の価値化にっいて組織面からの考察を行った。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The importance of knowledge management is recognized by companies along with globalization and economic growth. Technology and knowledge based companies seek to improve the knowledge-intensive process and enhance the integration of internal and external knowledge strategically. However, Japanese companies lack the ability of global information gathering compared to companies in Europe and the United States. Therefore, the establishment of overseas information centers has become important for Japanese companies from the viewpoint of strategic information management. However, the decision making process of the area selection for information centers is complicated compared to that for factory construction. The reason of the difficulty is that the outcome obtained from establishing information centers is not easily evaluated. In this study, we revealed the problem of ill-structured decision-making in the area selection by the hybrid approach, and showed the applicability of the cost performance curve analysis for a selection problem of information centers. In addition, from a practical point of view, we considered the value of knowledge information from the organizational perspective. |
