It has influenced on historical and educational studies and  it has become a matter of common sense. After WWII the issues of modern ages and modernization was thought widely twice in Japan, it was at right  after the war and another was at 1960's. But mustn't  we need to create a modern state even now in Japan？ Are we still living in a pre-modern society and county？ We indeed have advanced industries and modern living styles but many Japanese still don't have modern spirits today. On the other hand some people insist on the racial spirits from 1990's not modern spirits.
